Shipping Policy

At EYMSAN, our goal is to ensure your furniture arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. We strive to make the delivery process smooth and transparent, from checkout to your doorstep.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing time includes order verification, packaging, quality check, and hand-off to the shipping carrier.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable domestic shipping across the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the size of the item:

Freight Delivery 7–15 business days For large or bulky furniture
Local Delivery (if applicable) 2–5 business days For select locations only

Custom-made or backordered items may require additional time. You will be notified if there are any expected delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select items or order values — keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Freight & Large Item Delivery

Large furniture items may ship via freight carriers. These deliveries typically require:

  • Scheduling a delivery appointment
  • Someone 18+ present to sign for and inspect the delivery
  • Delivery to curbside or threshold (inside delivery may be available upon request for an extra fee)

Please inspect all freight deliveries upon arrival. If damage is visible, note it with the driver before signing and contact us immediately.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to size and delivery limitations.
  • For special delivery arrangements or remote area shipping, please contact us prior to ordering.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or significantly delayed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, including:

  • Sending replacement parts or products
  • Filing claims with the shipping provider
  • Offering partial or full refunds, if applicable

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


8. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please notify us within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
