Returns & Refunds
At EYMSAN, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most furniture and home items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

The item is in resalable condition (no scratches, stains, or damage)

You have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom-made or special-order items

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Used, damaged, or modified items

Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery at:

Description of the item and reason for return

Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for large or freight-delivered items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the item and packaging to infoerkann@gmail.com.
We’ll work quickly to:

Replace the item

Send missing parts

Offer a refund or store credit, depending on your preference and item availability
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty. After that window, cancellations may be subject to fees, especially if the item has already shipped or entered production (for custom orders).
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order.
